Terms of Use
Terms for using this website.
Effective date: 3 November 2026
These terms govern access to the GulfBridge Talent website and its employer enquiry tools. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A separately signed proposal, statement of work or service agreement governs any paid workforce procurement or mobilisation engagement and prevails if it conflicts with these website terms.
Business-use eligibility
The website is intended for authorised representatives of employers and procurement organisations. You must provide accurate information, have authority to submit it for your organisation and use the website only for lawful business purposes. This portal does not create employment for job seekers and does not constitute a job offer.
Information and planning estimates
Content including wage bands, timelines, regulator summaries, workforce availability and compliance checklists is general employer guidance rather than legal, immigration, tax or professional advice. Rules and market conditions change. Employers remain responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant authority and professional advisers.
Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for lawful workforce demand, accurate role and compensation details, sponsor eligibility, quotas and permits, safe working and accommodation conditions, timely decisions, and compliance with employment, wage-protection, immigration and worker-welfare obligations in the destination country.
No guarantee of timing or supply
Candidate availability, selection, medical fitness, credential verification, visa decisions, government processing and travel conditions are outside any single party's control. Website estimates are not guarantees. Binding service levels, replacement terms and commercial commitments apply only when included in a signed agreement.
Service agreements
GulfBridge Talent operates a digital workforce procurement network in strategic partnership with licensed regional mobilisation principals across South Asia. The contracting entity, licensed principal, scope, destination obligations, fees, data roles and service levels for a project will be identified in the applicable written agreement.
Intellectual property
The website, brand assets, text, data arrangements, tools and original materials are owned by or licensed to GulfBridge Talent. You may use them internally to evaluate our services, but may not reproduce, scrape, republish, reverse engineer or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not submit false requirements, impersonate another organisation, interfere with security, upload malicious material, harvest data, test the service for unauthorised access or use automated systems in a way that burdens the website or violates law.
Third-party services
The website may link to government portals, messaging services or third-party providers. Their availability, content and practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not create a guarantee or endorsement.
Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GulfBridge Talent disclaims implied warranties relating to website availability, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party will be liable under these website terms for indirect, consequential or special loss. Any liability arising from paid services is governed exclusively by the signed service agreement.
Changes, governing terms and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised effective date. The law, jurisdiction and dispute process for a commercial engagement will be stated in its signed agreement; otherwise, mandatory law applicable to the relevant operating entity governs. Questions may be sent to hire@gulfbridgetalent.com.
