How India to Gulf recruitment works

Seven clear steps from your first requirement to workers arriving on site, with full visibility at every stage.

  1. 01Day 1-2

    Brief and Demand Documents

Share trades, headcount, wage package and start date. We prepare the demand documents and power of attorney guidance needed to begin recruitment legally.

  2. 02Day 2-10

    Sourcing and Screening

Our recruiters search our verified database and run screening camps across India. Identity, certificates and experience are verified before you see a CV.

  3. 03Week 1-3

    Interview and Trade Test

Interview candidates by video, in person or through your delegate. Skilled trades take practical and theory tests with recorded evidence.

  4. 04Week 2-4

    Offer, Contract and Permit

Selected workers receive a clear contract. You file the work permit with the destination authority, and we track the approval.

  5. 05Week 3-6

    Medical, Visa and Orientation

Medical examination, biometrics and visa stamping where required, plus pre-departure orientation and mandatory insurance for ECR workers.

  6. 06Week 4-8

    Emigration Clearance and Flight

We complete emigration clearance through eMigrate, book tickets and share arrival details for airport reception.

  7. 07Week 5-9+

    Arrival and Follow-up

Workers land ready to start. We check in during the first weeks and cover replacements per your agreement to protect your project.
